Consultation
The design process begins with a consultation with a member of our team. We take this time to analyze your property goals and properly evaluate the design objectives. We work with you to start the process of a cohesive plan with having your vision and my and the reality of your property’s architecture and environment.
Analysis
The next step is to visit your property for analysis and survey, to better understand the conditions of the design conditions and expectations.
We take this time to fully understand your space before “breaking ground.” With views, draining, and environmental conditions at play, we are digitally equipped to create realistic 3D models of the property the accurately depict the topography and other features of your property.

Development
The conceptual development is the next critical step in the process. We further develop our mutually agreed plan, by assessing the project, your goals, and budget and timeline.
We work with our network of industry professionals to find alternative solutions for problems, to fully hone in on the project objectives. We have the information we need to create a full design plan to move forward with. This will be presented to you and you are encouraged to participate in the review so we can finalize costs, materials, and possible budget adjustments.
Finalization of Planning
Upon clients’ and Concord Tree’s approval of the preliminary plan presented at the development stage, the process moves toward implementation. A comprehensive overall design is finalized, which includes detailed specifications for various components of the project.
Decisions are made with the client to finalize the project contract, timeline, material, and budget.
